Do you have indoor or outdoor Vehicle, Boat & RV Storage?

We actually offer both. Climate Controlled indoor storage in our Vehicle storage building I Hooksett NH. We also have plenty of Outside parking spaces as well at our Hooksett, Shawmut, Manchester, Gilford and Meredith facilities.

What are your rates for Vehicle, Boat & RV storage?

For our climate controlled Vehicle building, we charge $10 per linear foot. Our outside parking spaces have a standard rate. Call for a quote today.

Do you require a contract?

Yes. We require a minimum of a one month lease.

What do you require to execute the contract?

We require a valid driver’s license and the current registration of the vehicle to be stored.

When are the storage payments due?

The day we create your contract, will be the same day your payments will be due, each month. If you rented on the 15th, your payments are due on the 15th.

Do you require notice to terminate the lease?

YES. We require a 30 day notice to our site manager in order to receive a refund of your security deposit.

Is the Hooksett vehicle storage building heated?

Yes. We maintain a consisted temperature in the building all winter long.

Do you have security cameras at your facility?

Yes. We have several security cameras on the property, and they are monitored in the office by our site manager.

Does your facility also offer Self-Storage?

Yes. We have 7 buildings of drive-up Self-Storage and one climate control building. Sizes range from 5×5 to 10 x 30.

I would like to keep my battery charge while my vehicle is in storage. Will there be access to electricity?

Yes, but only in our vehicle building. Any outside parking spaces do not have access to electricity.

Can I store a work or commercial vehicle at your facility?

Yes, as long as the vehicle is listed on the contract.
